When can I expect the delivery of my order?
The delivery of orders can take anywhere between 2 to 7 days depending on the size of the order and availability of items. For early deliveries, select “Express Shipping” when placing your order.
Can I cancel or change my order once it's been processed online?
Please contact us immediately in case you want to cancel or change your order. If the order is released for processing, we may not be able to cancel or change it. We will do our best to help you.
One item was missing from my order. What should I do?
If any item(s) is missing from your order, send us an e-mail providing details about the missing item. We will make every attempt to make sure the item is delivered to you as early as possible.
